How quickly can we go live?
Most first implementations reach go-live in four to ten weeks, depending on how many apps are in scope and how clean your existing data is. We commit to a date at the end of discovery, not before.
Do you work with existing Odoo instances?
Yes. A large share of our work is auditing and repairing instances somebody else configured, or upgrading an older version with customizations that need to survive the jump.
Which Odoo edition do we need?
That depends on the apps you need, not on your headcount. We will tell you honestly if Community covers your requirements rather than defaulting you to Enterprise.
How is a project priced?
Fixed scope with milestone billing for projects, and a monthly retainer for ongoing support. We do not run an open hourly meter against an undefined scope.
What happens after go-live?
A stabilisation window is included with every implementation. After that, most clients move onto a support retainer with named consultants who already know the configuration.
Can you migrate our historical data?
Yes, including from spreadsheets and legacy ERPs. Migrations are dry-run on staging and reconciled against your source records before production cutover.
